Private Training Service Options
Functional Assessment
Have a Twist Sport Conditioning Coach take you through a 60 minute assessment and consultation and learn more about your mechanics, body posture and overall fitness level. Your coach will take you through a 45 minutes assessment workout which will include drills for balance, strength, range of motion, agility, core and movement drills. Here we will assess your mechanics and find out your weak links, muscle imbalances, body asymmetry's, and areas that need to improve. You will also meet with your coach for 15 minutes where they will assess your goals and help you devise an action plan to reach them.
1 on 1 Training
1 on 1 training is one of the most popular training services offered at the Twist SCC. Have your own personal Sport Conditioning Coach take you through a workout that is completely customizable to your individual needs, goals, sport, position, fitness level and training readiness. You will not only receive an individualized training program that is periodized and progressed over time, you will also receive the benefits of Twist Conditioning's active coaching style that will help you achieve your goals much quicker. Packages are available in 6's, 12's, 24's, 36's, and 48's. All 1 on 1 training clients first session will be a functional assessment. Call today and experience the Twist Private Coaching Difference.
Partner Training
Train with a friend, spouse, teammate, or family member in a customized private training session led by your own personal Twist Sport Conditioning Coach. Whether you have the exact same needs or not, your Twist coach will find ways to challenge you individually and create a training environment that is mutually beneficial. Training packages can be purchased in packages of 6, 12, 24, 36, and 48.
Introduction to Sport Conditioning Program
The introduction to Sport Conditioning Session is a mandatory 1 on 1 training session for all new Twist Athletes that are entering a program. This one hour session will help you learn the key concepts of the Twist Sport Training Paradigm so you are able to begin your first class full of confidence. This session will be a full body workout where a Twist Conditioning Coach will take you a through a workout involving balance training, movement skill training, linked system strength, and more.
Individualized Take-Home Program
Individualized take-home programs are excellent for athletes who live out of town or would like to train on their own. The individualized take-home program begins with the athlete undergoing a functional assessment by their Sport Conditioning Coach. With the results of the assessment and the athletes goals in mind your coach will build a periodized training program customized for you. You will then be coached through the program with your Sport Conditioning Coach so that you are ready to use the program on your own. This program is very customizable and can be tailored towards your exact needs. Costs are dependant on size of the program and number of training hours.
